YOU are capable, allowed, and supposed to live a life of joy!
“Happiness without reason is the ultimate freedom.” ~ Terry Lynn Taylor & Marybeth Crain
We control our ability to be happy, we can learn to accept our situation, or we can change it. Often our circumstances are replaceable through a perspective change. Swapping out old dismal responses, actions and thoughts for new more blissful ones is a mindset that is available and achievable.
You can live amid less judgement; it is possible to grow in curiosity and remove enveloping fear of failure and biased perception.
Today we are surrounded with opposing views, there’s difference in opinion everywhere we turn. We see and may experience tragedy, loss and even anxiety, depression, and loneliness. The healing of wounds from fear and betrayal is within our everyday lives.
Sometimes the present position that we are in cannot be changed. Sometimes the position that we are in can be altered.
Even through the pain, you still hold love in your heart. You can adjust your barriers. Barriers are needed to stop or minimize receiving miserable thoughts. You can control much of what you allow in. When you do this… you begin to shine your light and love on others and joy will fill your heart and soul. You will attract more joy.
Joy is described in DICTIONARY.com as: the emotion of great delight or happiness caused by something exceptionally good or satisfying; keen pleasure; elation: a source or cause of keen pleasure or delight; something or someone greatly valued or appreciated: the expression or display of glad feeling; festive gaiety; a state of happiness or felicity.
Look for opportunities to include more joy in your life.
You might ask yourself:
1. “What is missing in my life?”, “What is needed in my life?”, “What am I wishing for?”, “What am I searching for?
2. “What feelings am I receiving from my heart center/my gut/my intuition that is guiding me toward a more fulfilled life and deeper joy?”
3. What am I needing to do now that will bring me ample joy later and throughout the rest of my life?”
Joy is within and it is learned. The mistakes which we all make in our lives are learnings. If we acknowledge mistakes as our necessary learning... then we can benefit from that pain or difficulty that the mistake caused... We can go inside and reflect and see that each schooling is meant to bring us greater joy. Move on and move forward.
Fulfillment takes a vision. The clearer your direction, the more easily and quickly your outcome and joy can be received.
Choose to come from love instead of from fear.
Choose joy instead of sadness.
Choose hopeful curiosity instead of gloom.
“When in change the process will show you the way.” ~ Lee Harris
Try the following valuable ideas:
1. Nothing can change if you don’t change!
Starting “action” toward your joy is a strong way of declaring your own accountability.
2. Give thought as to who or what is a resource that you can learn from!
Choose to engage in much of your time with people, experts, animals, the natural world, and communities that will serve your highest good.
3. Share your plans with those you trust!
Be open and receptive to suggestions and ideas that others whom you respect might give.
4. Remember your happiness is endless no matter what obstacles, traumas, or situations you have or have had to overcome.
You have the power to control every decision that you make.
Are finances a factor affecting your joy?
Esteban Ortiz-Ospina and Max Roser write from Our World in Data, “If we compare life satisfaction reports from around the world at any given point in time, we immediately see that countries with higher average national incomes tend to have higher average life satisfaction scores. In other words: People in richer countries tend to report higher life satisfaction than people in poorer countries.”
Even if financial obligations are a factor to feeling the fulfillment of full joy within your life, those dynamics are yielding. When you live each day with forward action in mind. When you live each day to become a better version of yourself than you were the day before… you begin to become your vision. Opportunities appear more frequently. The journey of joy is all encompassing and consistently present.
